Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is operated by DisruptIQ Ltd, which is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, write to hello@disruptiq.ai.

Inquiries

When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and the details you choose to give: company, role, area of interest, timing and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, to prepare that engagement. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.

The form is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email service provider, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. We also send you a short email confirming that your inquiry has arrived. Resend and Cloudflare act on our instructions. We keep inquiries that do not lead to an engagement for no longer than two years, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Booking a call

If you book a call, you choose a time on our Google Calendar booking page. Google receives the name and email address you enter there and sends the calendar invitation, as our Google Workspace provider. We use these details only to hold the call and reply to you.

Protection against abuse

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. It checks your browser without tracking cookies, and the result is used only to accept or reject the submission.

Where your data is processed

Resend processes our email within the European Union. Cloudflare and Google may process data in other countries, including the United States; where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards approved under EU data protection law, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU and US Data Privacy Framework.

Security logs

Like any website, our hosting provider Cloudflare keeps short lived technical records of requests, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use them to identify visitors.

Interactive tools

The tools calculate results in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere. If you choose to send your results, they are held briefly in that browser tab, copied into the contact form for you to review, and handled as an inquiry only if you send it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@disruptiq.ai. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
